The Planet's Vote is a registered not-for-profit association under Queensland's Associations Incorporation Act 1981. Authority over the organisation rests with its management committee — not with any individual, including its founder.
The Planet's Vote recognises no permanent founder authority. The founder's role is limited to establishing the platform and its initial organisational structure. The executive roles above sit within a seven-member management committee, and no individual — the founder included — holds special voting rights, veto power, or privileged authority over the platform's democratic processes.
Committee governance was in place before the platform's first vote, not after. The full principle, and the constitutional safeguards that enforce it, are set out in Part V of the White Paper.
